Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Territory are three concepts that dominate nowadays scientific, social, economic and political/institutional discourses. The triptych “EIT” or “Entrepreneurship-Innovation-Territory” underpins a social project as an “optimal combination” of these three concepts “EIT” will allow to answer the famous question: “Where does the wealth created by Moroccans go?” We allow ourselves this deduction because we are convinced that wealth we need to reduce the current unemployment rate, and facing glaring socio-spatial disparities, is no longer based on a workforce “cheap”, nor coming from the “gift of nature”; hence, the importance of innovation and intelligence. The reflection of this interaction between entrepreneurship and innovation is the territory serving it as an envelope and therefore incubator. Create wealth by innovating and passing on this wealth in terms of the well-being of populations, all populations, is a matter of all the actors.
